Paul Lewis, President & CEO, Board Member

Mr. Lewis serves as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously he served as President and COO of Hoover Ferguson, a global offshore oil and gas equipment supply and service company. Mr. Lewis brings 30+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, finance, IT and HR. Prior to Hoover Ferguson, Mr. Lewis served as President of PSC Environmental Services, a $250M North American supplier of hazardous and non-hazardous waste and remediation services. Mr. Lewis earned a BA from the University of Arizona, where he was a four-year letterman in Track and Field.

Khalil Maalouf, Board Member

Mr. Maalouf is a Partner at XPV Water Partners. XPV is the leading private equity company focused on investing in companies that directly or indirectly make a positive impact on water resources, and the water related processes, applications and industries that water enables. Mr. Maalouf has over 25 years of experience in Private Equity and has served on the board of 28 growth companies. He thrives on helping CEOs and their teams navigate the challenges of profitably scaling their businesses.

Tom Vossman, Board Member

Mr. Vossman became the new CEO of Holland Pump Company in 2021. His focus is to grow and execute the vision of becoming the super-regional pump manufacturing, pump rental, and service company. Tom’s previous experience includes Chairman of the Board of Holland Pump Company, CEO of Newterra, President, Infrastructure Solutions division for Aegion Corp., and COO of Insituform, among others.

Jeff Quigley, Vice President & CFO

Mr. Quigley serves as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously he served as Vice President and General Manager of USGI Chemical Feed, Inc. and Vice President of Finance at US Filter and Siemens Water Technologies for various businesses including a $600M global manufacturing business. He has 20+ years of experience in finance and operations in the water industry. Mr. Quigley earned a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Henry Watson Jr., Executive Vice President

Mr. Watson serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President. He previously served as President & CEO of Screening Systems International for over 18 years. Henry started his career at a young age learning the ropes from his father, who was the founder of SSI. Having worked in numerous positions within the company, he has gained over 25 years of experience in the industrial water space.

Chris Shelton, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Shelton serves as the company’s Vice President of Operations. Before joining Atlas-SSI, he served as Vice President of Global Operations for Xaloy Superior Holdings. He has 25+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership. Prior to Xaloy, Mr. Shelton held various operational and engineering positions with Danaher. Mr. Shelton earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jeff Scott, Vice President of Sales

Jeffrey Scott is an accomplished professional with over two decades of adeptly managing sales and service teams for municipal and industrial sectors. Notably, he was the sales leader for MP & Oberdorfer, and Tuthill pumps – a division of Ingersoll Rand, and his expertise drives remarkable outcomes and innovation in diverse markets. Mr. Scott earned a B.S. from Amberton University.
