IN NO EVENT SHALL ATLAS-SSI’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Louisiana.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Atlas-SSI regarding your use of the Site. These Terms of Use do not alter, amend, or replace Atlas-SSI’s Conditions of Sale, Purchase Order Terms & Conditions, or Rental Contract & Agreement, which govern the purchase, sale, and rental of Atlas-SSI products and equipment under separate agreements.
